Returns & Exchanges 

To maintain the integrity of all the personal protective equipment we sell, we do not accept returns on any opened PPE items. Unopened case lots may be exchanged for other products. Shipping of returned items is at the expense of the customer. Each return will be authorized on a case by case basis and must be accompanied by an authorized return request.

Defective Goods

Greenethix strives to provide the highest quality items available. In the event of damaged product(s) being received, we require photo evidence of the defective or damaged product(s) within 7 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number and send all information and photos to the address below.

 All shipping costs the responsibility of the customer.
